2b. Five heads set on modern plain quarries, consisting of a head of St Gregory facing to dexter, wearing a triple tiara and with a dove at his left ear; a head of a tonsured saint facing to dexter and carrying a ?rake, 4 over whose head a large crown has been placed; the head of a nimbed female saint facing to dexter; the same, facing to sinister; the head of a nimbed and bearded king, facing to sinister. Trace-line, matt wash, relieving. White glass, with yellow stain. Moderate exterior corrosion, some repair leads.

A1. Fragments, including micro-architecture, pot-blue and ruby drapery ,and pieces of blackletter text: 'S(ancta) barb[ara] ', 'ildr' (perhaps for St Mildred), and 'S(an)c(tu)s' (inside-out). Trace-line, stipple-shading. White, flashed-ruby and pot-blue glass, with yellow stain. 15th-c. The reversed fragment is badly corroded, the rest have light to medium external corrosion.

Technique and date as A1. The female head and sanctus fragments are badly corroded, and there is a large almost opaque piece with unidentified design.

Fragments, including part of a nimbed tonsured head facing to sinister; a hand holding a pair of pincers (probably held by St Petronilla, see below); part of a nimbed and mitred head facing to dexter, a closed book with a clasp; two pieces of battlements; the bottom part of a figure in a fringed dalmatic with a staff, perhaps a bishop or archbishop (possibly reversed); blue and ruby drapery; fragments of blackletter text 'S(an)c(t)a petroni[lla']’ (upside down); 'S(an)c(tu)s dauid' (inside-out); 5 'S(an)c(tu)s' (inside-out); 'S [reversed] ge'. On the reversed ' S ' is a relieved glazier’s sorting mark. Technique and date as A1. The reversed pieces have quite severe paint loss, light to medium external corrosion.
